1. Oasis Lashes eyelash extension products are design for use by licensed or certified professionals in beauty or medical industries only.
2. Eyelash extension training by Oasis Lashes eyelash extension professionals are strongly recommended.
3. If allergic reaction(s) such as itchiness, redness, or swelling occurs, consult physician immediately.
4. Oasis Lashes reserves the right to prohibit Buyer's use of any pictures, logos and contents from our website or any printed marketing materials. Approval prior use are required.
5. In the event for any claims, damages, losses, law suit and related fees, Oasis Lashes liability will be limited to the price of the products sold.
6. All Oasis Lashes Glue are made for Certified Eyelash Extension Professional use only. You need to provide a beauty or medical related certificate only if we contacted you. In most cases, we will contact you for a certificate when you are a new customer, unregistered, ordering Oasis Lashes Glue, and your billing address and shipping address both to a residential address.
Oasis Lashes Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the World using United Parcel Service. When you place an order, UPS will provide a general estimate transit times, not guaranteed.
We process and ship most orders same day but it can take up to 3 business days. For verification purposes, your order might take longer time to process if shipping address different from your billing address. Shipping business days are Monday to Friday.All orders are processed same day, please contact us if you don't receive an order confirmation email from us one hour after order completed. Tracking information will be provided to you when available.
Shipping address to P.O.Box or APO will use USPS as shipping method because UPS does not ship to P.O.Box or APO.
Customers are responsible to track package. Please contact UPS directly first with provided tracking number if your package are lost. Contact us immediately if UPS can't relocate your package or your package is damaged. We will replace your orders immediately after UPS confirmed with us that package was lost or damaged due to their fault.
USPS Priority Mail vs. UPS Ground Service
We use UPS as our major shipping provider. We use USPS when customer's shipping address are P.O.Box or APO.
USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service)
1. Deliver times range from 1-3 busniess days.
2. USPS Priority provides Cofirmation number to allow you to confirm delivery of your order.
3. You cannot use the USPS confirmation number to track where your shipment is, only if it has been delivered or not.
4. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

UPS (United Parcel Service)
1. UPS Ground offers guaranteed day of delivery to anywhere in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
2. Delivery times range from 1-6 business days and can be determined on the UPS web site.
3. Loss/Damage protection for items up to $100 and detailed tracking are included.
4. Delivery days are Monday to Friday.

International Shipping Policy
We ship our prodcuts to almost everywhere in the world. Most orders should be processed and shipped within 3 business days after order completed. Some countries may require customer to pick up package at local post office. Import Duties and Taxes are calculated differently amount nations. Your local customs may add import duty and tax to your order when delivering. Buyers/importers are required to pay all duties and taxes when requested by your local customs or the shipping provider. Please check with your local customs for more information.
Oasis Lashes Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or store credit up to forty days of the purchase date. Refunds for items returned within twenty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than twenty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In addition, we charge $10 handling fee for all returned items.
If you have an exchange for the same items as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Items must returned within twenty days of the purchase date for exchange.
