Oasis Lashes Shipping Policy
When you shop at Oasis Lashes, you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the World using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order online, our carriers will estimate delivery dates based on shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
We ship most orders same day if placed before 3pm Eastern Time or 12pm Pacific Time. For verification purposes, your order might take longer time to process if shipping address different from your billing address. Shipping business days are Monday to Friday.All orders are processed same day, please contact us if you don't receive an order confirmation email from us one hour after order completed. Tracking information will be provided to you when available.
Customers are responsible to track package. Please contact the shipping company directly with the provided tracking number if your package are lost or damaged by the shipping provider.
USPS Priority Mail vs. UPS Ground Service
We use 2 Major shipping providers to ship our packages, USPS and UPS
USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service)
1. Deliver times range from 1-3 busniess days.
2. USPS Priority provides Cofirmation number to allow you to confirm delivery of your order.
3. You cannot use the USPS confirmation number to track where your shipment is, only if it has been delivered or not.
4. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

UPS (United Parcel Service)
1. UPS Ground offers guaranteed day of delivery to anywhere in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
2. Delivery times range from 1-6 business days and can be determined on the UPS web site.
3. Loss/Damage protection for items up to $100 and detailed tracking are included.
4. Delivery days are Monday to Friday.

International Shipping Policy
We ship our prodcuts to almost everywhere in the world. Most of the order should arrived within 7 business days after order completed. Some countries may require customer to pick up package at local post office when ship with USPS. Import Duties and Taxes are calculated differently amount nations. Your local customs may add import duty and tax to your order when delivering. Buyers/importers are required to pay all duties and taxes when requested by your local customs or the shipping provider. Please check with your local customs for more information.
Free Shipping
Terms & Conditions
1. Total order amount must be over $200 after discount applied.
2. Shipping destination must be within Continental United States only.
3. UPS Ground Shipping will use as shipping methods, but USPS Priority Mail is available upon request. (PO box and State of Hawaii and Alaska will ship with USPS Priority Services)
4. Any returned items purchased with free shipping will be charged with Shipping & Handling fees.
5. We normally process all orders within 1 business day if shipping and billing address are same.

Flat Rate Shipping
Oasis Lashes now offer UPS Ground flat rate shipping of $3.99 for orders total over $100

3. UPS Ground Shipping will primary use as Flat Rate Shipping methods, but USPS Priority Mail is available upon request. (Shipping address to PO box, State of Hawaii and Alaska will ship with USPS Priority Services)
