Do I need to register to order?
No, you can order and checkout as a guess customer. Although registered customers can login to track orders, view orders history and receive discount benefits from Oasis Lashes.
How can I track the package status on my order?
You can track the package status only when ordered with UPS shipping. Please log in to your account and the UPS tracking number will be provided to you when orders are shipped.
How will I know if Oasis Lashes receive my order?
When an order is completed, you should be able to print an invoice and you should receive an auto-confirm order email from us confirming your order. Please contact us if you have not received an auto-confirm email from us one hour after order completed.
Do I need to provide any certifications when ordering?
You need to provide a beauty or medical related certificate only when we contacted you. In most cases, we will contact you for a certificate when you are a new customer, ordering Oasis Lashes Glue, billing address and shipping address both to a residential address.
Why is sales tax added to my order?
Oasis Lashes charges sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. Oasis Lashes has a business presence in California, therefore we are required to charge sales tax based on CA tax laws.
What methods of payments does Oasis Lashes accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout.
Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of an item?
Yes, we have automated quantity discount online for most products.
How do I use my P.O. Box when ordering?
When ordering with P.O. Box shipping addresses, please choose USPS as the shipping method when checkout. UPS do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We will change to USPS when customer orders with UPS to P.O. Box shipping addresses. P.O. Box billing address is fine.
Can I place an order for delivery outside the continental United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
